Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order, You confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these following policy.
Returns
We offer 30-day return and 90-day exchange policy. .If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days(for return) or 90days(for exchange) from the delivery date (From the date you received the product to the date the problem was reported to us first).
If valid days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
- For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund. Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. We will send you our return address from email (service@gardeniajewel.com).
- Customized items with “engravings” and “photos”, such as rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable.
- Clearance items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.
- Items have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via service@gardeniajewel.com for more information.
About Fee
1. There is no handling fee for return and exchange, while you have to pay the return shipping fee.
2. GardeniaJewel will cover the return shipping fee under the following circumstances.
- Customer received the wrong item.
- The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact GardeniaJewel within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
Refunds Time (if applicable)
- For items that do not need to be returned, refunds will be processed within 24 hours.
- For items that need to be returned, returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package.
- The refunds will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.
- After we process the refund application, your card bank will take days to deal with. It will take 2-3 business days (debit card) or 2-5 business days (credit card ) for refunds to be returned to your card. Paypal refund the money within 24 hours to your Paypal.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-7business days) before a refund is posted.

Shipping
After your application is approved, please follow the Return Instruction email from Customer Service and send your product to the return address we provide on the email.
*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (exceptions may apply).
*Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost return package, and will not process any refund if we do not receive the return package.
Cancellation Policy
We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your personalization/engraving/special order information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions before placing your order.
Importantly, orders can't be cancelled after shipment. If you need to cancel your order be sure to let us know right away. We have a short window where we can make changes to orders. We try to get your items sent out as soon as possible, so customers can catch it in time!
Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer 90-days exchange policy to our customers. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sevice@gardeniajewel.com
* Personalized items with “engravings” and “photos”, such as engraved rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable, because the items are customized based on personal preference. But you can get new item on half price for the first exchange.
